Founded in 2025 by Isabelle de Ponfilly - the mother - and Joséphine Bursacchi - the daughter - Source Édition offers re-editions of sleeping beauties from the 1950s to 1970s. Presented at Milan Design Week 2025, the company's first collection sets the tone with a selection unearthed from the archives of the Mobilier national. For example, the Miniflore designed in 1970 by Claude Courtecuisse. The designer of the Soléa chair (1970) - the first chair to be made from thermoformed ABS - was clearly also capable of being poetic: witness this porcelain biscuit vase, inspired by his mother's habit of keeping the last flower of a wilted bouquet.
