Each piece is produced with the authorization of the original designer or their estate, using original drawings and manufacturing techniques whenever possible. Our editions come with a certificate of authenticity.

Where are your pieces manufactured?

What are the lead times for production?
Pieces in stock are dispatched within 48 hours. Made-to-order pieces are crafted in 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the piece. Each product page shows whether a piece is in stock or made to order.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship throughout the European Union, and delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

For destinations outside the EU, we can arrange transport on request. Please contact us with your country and the pieces you are interested in. Shipping costs, customs clearance, import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

What is your return policy?
For pieces from our standard collection, we offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-order pieces, such as the Basilio and the Dialogue collection, and any personalised pieces (custom fabric, finish or dimensions) are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is indicated on the relevant product pages.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, whatever the piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
