Forgotten design revives at Source Édition

Founded in late 2024 by former Vitra France Director Isabelle de Ponfilly and her daughter Joséphine Bursacchi, Source Édition unveiled its first collection at Milan Design Week last April. By reissuing pieces from the 1950s to the 1970s, this family-run house celebrates the overlooked creations of major decorators, produced in an eco-responsible way using sustainable materials and European manufacturers. The models are chosen for their timeless character and their ability to engage in dialogue with today’s interiors. Integrity, functionality, and inventiveness are the guiding principles of this first collection, which includes drawings from the Mobilier National archives and projects from the ARC, a research workshop created by André Malraux in 1964.
