These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on www.source-edition.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Products and Availability
All products offered on our site are either in limited series or made to order. Each piece is described as accurately as possible, with information on materials, dimensions, and estimated lead times. Minor variations may occur due to artisanal production.

2. Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€) and include French VAT (20%), unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated at checkout. Source Édition reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without notice.

3. Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the purchase. For made-to-order items, full payment is required to initiate production. Orders are non-cancellable once production has started.

4. Payment
We accept major credit cards and secure payments via Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted and secured.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on lead times, shipping fees, and international deliveries.

6. Returns and Exchanges
As most of our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a defect or transport damage reported within 48 hours of delivery. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy.

All content on this site (texts, photos, designs, logos, and product names) is the intellectual property of Source Édition or its licensors. Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
Source Édition cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or any prejudice resulting from the use or purchase of our products, except as required by applicable law.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts of Paris.
