Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Source Édition. Each of our pieces is made with care and intention, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth delivery experience.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the European Union and to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@source-edition.com for a custom quote.

Shipping Times
Our pieces are either made-to-order or produced in limited series. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

• In-stock items: dispatched within 5–10 business days.
• Made-to-order pieces: production time ranges from 6 to 10 weeks. Estimated lead times are indicated on each product page.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and item(s) ordered. For large or fragile items, special packaging and delivery arrangements may apply.

International Deliveries
For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to estimate these charges in advance.

Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Whenever possible, we use recyclable and low-impact materials. For special deliveries or white-glove service, please contact us directly.

Delivery Issues
If you notice any issue with your delivery (damaged package, delay, missing item), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at info@source-edition.com. We will work with you and our logistics partners to resolve the situation.
