Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms apply to all purchases made by consumers on www.source-edition.com. By placing an order, you accept them.
1. The seller Source Édition is the trade name of Source Parisienne SAS, share capital €77,380, registered in Paris under number 914 141 015, VAT number FR63914141015, registered office 117, rue d'Aboukir 75002 Paris France. 2. Our pieces Our pieces are authorised reissues, produced in Europe from the original archives. Some are held in stock; others are made to order. Each product page states which, along with materials, dimensions and lead time. Natural materials and handcrafting mean slight variations from one piece to another; these are part of each piece's character and are not defects. Every piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.
3. Prices Prices are shown in euros, including VAT applicable in France and, where relevant, the French eco-participation. Delivery costs are added at checkout. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
4. Orders Your order is confirmed by email. For made-to-order pieces, production begins once payment is received. A made-to-order piece in a fabric, colour or finish of your choice cannot be cancelled once production has started.
5. Payment We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and the other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your card details.
6. Delivery We deliver within the European Union. Pieces in stock are dispatched within 48 hours (business days); made-to-order pieces are crafted in 8 to 12 weeks, then dispatched. Unless another date is agreed, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the end of the stated lead time. Other destinations are available on quotation. 7. Right of withdrawal You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, by writing to info@source-edition.com or using the form below. This right does not apply to pieces made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as a piece in a fabric, colour or finish you have chosen. Return conditions, costs and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantees Independently of any commercial guarantee, every piece benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), for two years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Under the guarantee of conformity you may ask for the piece to be repaired or replaced, and failing that, for a price reduction or a refund. To make a claim, write to info@source-edition.com.
9. Authenticity and intellectual property Our reissues are produced under agreement with the designers, their estates or the Mobilier national. Texts, images, names and designs on this site belong to Source Édition or its rights holders and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Customer service and disputes For any question or complaint, contact us first at info@source-edition.com; we reply within 48 business hours.
11. Governing law These terms are governed by French law. This does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
