Returns & Refunds
We want every piece to find its place in your home. If it does not, you may return it.
14 days to change your mind You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to return it, without giving any reason. Simply write to info@source-edition.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal form in our Terms of Sale. You then have a further 14 days to send the piece back.
Pieces that cannot be returned Pieces made to your specifications, in a fabric, colour or finish you have chosen, are crafted for you alone and cannot be returned, unless they are defective. This applies in particular to made-to-order Dialogue seating. The product page and your order confirmation indicate when a piece falls into this category.
Condition of returned pieces Pieces must be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging, so that they arrive back as safely as they reached you.
Return shipping
- Within mainland France, return shipping is on us: we send you a prepaid label or arrange collection.
- From other countries, return shipping is at your expense. We can recommend a suitable carrier for large pieces.
Returns are sent to: Source Édition, 23 rue d'Aboukir, 75002 Paris, France. Pieces sent back without first contacting us may be delayed in processing.
Your refund Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the full price of the piece, together with the original standard delivery cost, to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal request. We may wait until the piece has been received before issuing the refund.
Damaged or defective pieces If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or is not the one you ordered, please contact us at info@source-edition.com with photos. We will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, under the legal guarantees described in our Terms of Sale.
Exchanges To exchange a piece, return it as described above and place a new order for the piece you prefer.
