Shipping Policy
Every Source Édition piece is made with care, and we take the same care in bringing it to you.
Where we deliver We deliver throughout the European Union. For any other destination, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, please write to info@source-edition.com: we will prepare a tailored shipping quote.
When your piece leaves our workshop
- Pieces in stock are dispatched within 48 hours (business days).
- Made-to-order pieces are crafted in 8 to 12 weeks, then dispatched.
The status of each piece, in stock or made to order, is shown on its product page. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the pieces ordered. Large or fragile pieces travel with specialist carriers and dedicated packaging. For white-glove delivery or installation, please contact us.
Deliveries outside the European Union For quoted shipments outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. Unless agreed otherwise in your quote, they are payable by the recipient.
Packaging Each piece is carefully packed for its journey, using recyclable and low-impact materials wherever possible.
On delivery Please inspect your parcel on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery slip. Let us know within 48 hours at info@source-edition.com, with photos, so that we can resolve the matter quickly with our carrier. This does not affect your legal rights.
